  • See your Dentist.

  • Crest 3D Whitening strips work pretty well, but my teeth are so sensitive to whiteners that I can't do it more than three days in a row. Topol Whitening toothpaste works pretty well, too. It's about $3.

  • Crest White Strips Advance. They stay on very well and whiten very well and if your teeth are not as white, Crest will send you your money back or give you an additional box. Now professional whitening is more afforadable than it used to be. With the over the counter products working so well, there are treatments for under $200 with great results. But try the Crest strips first.

  • A Dentist can take the stains off. No over the counter product is gonna work if they are stained badly.

  • I've all the over the counter whitening products out there. The strips are my favorite. However...I never followed the directions on the box. Instead of leaving the strips on for 30 mins or whatever it was, I'd put them on before I'd go to sleep and take them out when I woke up. Sometimes a few hours, sometimes the whole night. I don't recommend doing this because I'm not sure if there's any damage it can cause, but my teet were NOTICABLE whiter the next morning.

  • A friend of mine is a dentist. She recommends simply brushing with Peroxide no more than twice a week.

  • Some people use baking soda occasionally. Some of the commercial OTC toothpastes or teeth trays that promise teeth whitening can weaken your enamel. Choose one carefully. See your dentist regularly for cleanings.
