  • I have been off an on my entire life. Most recently was for about 3 months at the begining of this year. It never lasts though. I still don't eat a lot of meat, maybe once or twice a week.

  • I was. I now occasionally eat meat from local farms that raise their animals without the use of harmful chemicals (peesticides, antibiotics, hormones, etc); feed the animals what nature meant them to eat; do not use practices that I consider animal cruelty (close confinement, cutting off beaks, etc); and pay their workers a fair wage.

  • Yes, I am a lacto-ovo vegetarian. I do not eat beef, pork, chicken or seafood of any kind, but I do eat dairy products and eggs, though I try to keep those at a minimum. I got off of cow's milk completely and drink only soy, almond, or rice milk but I can't give up eggs or cottage cheese. I am almost 34 and have been a veg since I was 9.
