St John Worts tea during the day, and some catnip or other calming herb at night for some nice sleep.
Exercise,like a short walk even helps.
But the is is natural care,it will take time, but most times works faster than drugs.
Studies show that herbs have a higher chance of working than manufactured drugs.
Talk to your pharmacist if you take other meds.
I used these during preganancy and during breast feeding also.
