How do you meditate?

This is probably a stupid question... But do you just sit quietly or is there more to it?

  • Focus just on your breath..breath in for a count of 5, hold and then release for a count of 10.

  • I sit and count my breathing (in for 5, out for 7 etc) and concentrate only on my breathing to stop all the thinking going on in my head.
