Would anyone hire a 25-year old woman with no experience?

I am still in college, looking for a job with animals or as a lab technician. I don't have any experience in this field.

  • I highly doubt anyone would hire you in those fields without some type of degree.

  • It's possible. Try to get experience by working, temping, or interning at a place that you're hoping to get into after school. It's important to get that initial experience.

  • If you're in college for the field yes but if you're going to college for Art and design no! lol. Depends on your knowledge. I don't think ANYONE should be turned down because they have no experience. Ideal candidate for a job would have a go-getter attitude and confidence in themselves to learn the job.

  • It will be a lower position, but someone may hire you.
