I think about whatever it is. If it is something I can manage or lessen personally, I focus on lessening the stress. If it is too fubar to handle, I take a deep breath, realize my stressing isn't going to solve the issue at hand, and I try to push forward through it. I also pray a lot though, so that might have something to do with it. I think too, it is healthy to have an outlet. I play games and do photography; I find making my little one laugh helps too. I think kiddie laughter is contagious.
