How do you handle stress?

  • I think about whatever it is. If it is something I can manage or lessen personally, I focus on lessening the stress. If it is too fubar to handle, I take a deep breath, realize my stressing isn't going to solve the issue at hand, and I try to push forward through it. I also pray a lot though, so that might have something to do with it. I think too, it is healthy to have an outlet. I play games and do photography; I find making my little one laugh helps too. I think kiddie laughter is contagious.

  • By trying to fix whatever is stressing me out. If it's out of my control, I read a book. I love to read and can easily forget what's happening around me when I'm engrossed in a good book.

  • I ask myself if I have any control over the situation?
    If I do, I work on what I can do to find a solution. More often then not it's changing my attitude about what's going on.
    If I don't, I remove myself from the situation
