I have a hard time eating in the mornings what should i try and eat?

  • yogurt and whole grain toast. or eggs with turkey bacon and cheese on toast. or cereal. those were my favorite pregnant breakfasts lol

  • I never eat breakfast.  I never did, even as a kid.  Most days I get up around 9am and don't eat until around noon.  If I eat before then I always feel sick until lunch time.

    Lately, with the kids and all the crap going on in my house I don't even get to eat until 2 or 3pm.  Sigh.  It's noon now and I've been up for 2 hours and haven't eaten anything.  All I've had is a glass of water.
