  • I think it's being used for both. I'm not real sure in cafemom's intention for it.

    I personally use it for disrespectful ones, totally wrong information, or if it doesn't actually answer the question.

  • a UP= should be for something that was said that made sense or helped someone put=but it was made into a game??
    a DOWN=should be for over the top rude and not just an opposite opinion or popularity contest=but it is becoming it seems,
    (i went to grocery store and missed something, but tempers are flared-maybe the heat)
