As long as they are getting a balanced diet, getting their fruits and veggies in, protein and grains, I have no problem with them getting some treats. People go overboard when it comes to how much sugar their kids are getting and yet have no problem with taking them to McDonalds and other fast food places. I just went to a conference and learned that doctors are doing blood work on two year olds and seeing cholesterol concerns they have with adults! Everything in moderation.
