  • Not sure when it became a law here in AZ, but I know there was a news article about it last Summer saying that it is now against the law to text and drive since there were 20+ related crashes last year alone from it.

  • Is texting and driving legal in any state? CA is a hands-free only state, so I'd say texting would be out .

  • I'm not sure in CT, I know they're trying to make it a law but not sure if it was made illegal yet - if not it will be soon.

  • Yep, also in NC and it's illegal here. Read an article recently that said that law enforcement in NC has cited less than 100 people since the law came into effect. It's very hard to prove.
