  • I don't think so but anyone who does it is a moron! It's stupid that they even have to make it a law.

  • I know they were considering it, not sure if it passed. I don't pay attention to the things that don't affect me and this doesn't because I don't do it. I live in Ky.

  • NC - no texting or emailing while driving and this includes reading and typing. BUT when stopped at a stop sign or light - no problem.

  • We live in Ohio and yes, certain parts there is a law in effect for txting and driving and talking while driving. Curently, in the city I live in, it is still legal but I'm sure they'll join the bandwagon soon enough.

  • I am in Nevada, and last year they tried to pass it and were unsuccessful. I don't understand how it didn't pass.
