  • Dude. Caffeine is a stimulant. It's addictive. It increases your heart rate. It increases your blood pressure. It can cause headaches. It is hard on your stomach. It can make you jittery and nervous. Does this sounds like something you want to give a baby or a child????

  • Limit your consumption and you'll be fine. My DR with my first DD said a can of soda a day is fine. This DR backed it up - everything in moderation!
