College Scholarships, etc...

Our daughter is thousands of dollars short to return to the college she was at last school year for her freshman year. A summer job has taken her out-of-state where she loves the climate way better than here at home...she'd like to stay there, but even transfering to a community college is still too much money. Have any of your kids been able to get some scholarships and if so, where from? Any advice would be helpful. Thanks so much!! :-)

  • She might want to consider returning to her home state - it will cost much, much less than out of state tuition. That is where the colleges really rack in the dough.

  • www.scholarships.com, www.fastweb.com, fill out a FAFSA at fafsa.ed.gov, or check the school's website.
