  • I had a c section the first time, and it was about a year later that I actually felt like I could sleep on my tummy and then I got pregnant again! lol So there went the tummy sleeping! lol The second c section was a lot easier...only a couple months before I could sleep on my stomach, but even then I got used to NOT sleeping on my stomach and really haven't been a tummy sleeper ever since!

  • About 29 weeks. Up until then I could take my noodle pillow and wrap it around my tummy and balance enough to sleep. Picture a massage bed only the hole for your face is for your belly.

  • When I started showing. I started showing at like 12 weeks.. that's when it started getting very uncomfortable. I've always been a side sleeper though, so it wasn't that bad for me.

  • I have always slept on my side once I found out I was pregnant. It promotes better blood flow for you and your baby.
