  • I can't pick...I can't bear to not see my daughter or hear my daughters beautiful voice.

  • I would not like to be either, but if I had choose one.

It would probably be deaf, not seeing people, things, views. Would be so hard, not hearing people sometimes Ignoring them don't work.

  • Deaf. I would much rather see than hear.

  • Definitely deaf. It's much easier than being blind.

  • Deaf. I am a special needs teacher, and work with a congenitally blind student--he's 10 years old. People have no idea just how much you need your sight to comprehend the people, places and things around you.

Besides, with medical technology it MAY be possible to hear, learn to speak/communicate. Technology has not yet perfected the ability to regain sight in those who are congenitally blind or severely visually impaired since before the age of 5.
