How do you make garlic bread? Just bread butter and garlic powder then put it in the oven? Or do you do it differently?

  • I make it in a bread maker with an enitre clove of roasted garlic (seperate the clove then roast in tin foil with olive oil) and a half clove of minced garlic. I just use a white bread recipe.

  • Haha no I'm lazy that's all I do. Maybe a little garlic salt instead of just powder and if I'm feeling fancy a little sprinkling of italian herbs :)

  • I fry mine in a pan on the stove top. It comes out more moist and fluffy inside but yet crispy on the outside.

  • slice the bread almost all the way through (french bread loaf) butter both sides, inside and out; sprinkle with garlic powder (not salt). italian seasoning or basil sprinkled all over top. bake inside foil. open, and sprinkle mozzarella over the top. Broil about three minutes until melted and a little brown. There will be NONE left.
