Why am I soooo tired?

I had blood work and everything came back normal. I take Iron, Adrenal gland support, B12 and Acai vitamins, I exercise and get plenty of sleep. I am still tired. On paper I am as healthy as a horse but my body dosent feel that way. What could it be?

  • I would stay away from meat and dairy for a week; animal products, especially meat, can really make you feel droopy. Add a magnesium supplement (I take cal/mag/D) to your regime.

  • It could be your diet.Do you eat a lot of refined carbs?

  • I eat a very healthy diet of fruits and vegetables, lean meats. I try and stay away from anything that is white. Salt, pasta, rice, bread......

  • No I am not stressed, I am actually very bored in my life right now. (sometimes I think its this)

    Yes, I drink plenty of water at least eight glasses a day.

  • After reading your posting, other's responses and your responses, I'm guessing you are suffering from a mild form of depression. If you are bored, look into a college course that piques your interest, or, find an activity that engages you and gives you a feeling of accomplishment.

  • Hmmm I dont think its depression. Iv'e been depressed where I had to take anti depressants and its not that bad. Although I do think I do have a mild case but I dont think thats it, I get tired an hour after I wake up.

    I like the idea of the Magnesium and avoiding animal products for a week. I think I'm going to try that.
