What is the age you can put kids in head start?

Or is there still even head start? I went to head start when i was a kid before i went to preschool.

  • Ki first started at age 3. We signed her up on her 3rd birthday, February of '08 and there was an opening so she started in mid march of the same year.

  • My friends children started Head Start at age 3. As long as they were 3 before Sep. 1st of that yr they were fine.

  • My daughter starts preschool this August she will be 3. She missed last years cut off by 23 days
