Hw can i get rid of lower back pains during my pregnancy?

I've tried hot showers, massage, hip and back stretches.. none of this has helped.

  • Watch your posture and how you bend. Try a pregnancy belt or band. I had one from Motherhood, it helped.

  • I second the vote for a belly band - it definitely helps take some of the weight off your back!

  • Can you do the cat/cow stretch? Get on all fours and arch your back tucking your head under. Then make your back concave looking up. It will stretch out your back. Good luck, it might just be par for the course.
