Could rationed health care be a reality?

For all of the naysayers, will you ever admit that there might be rationed health care? It looks probable if Obama has his way:

“As if shoving a trillion-dollar government takeover of healthcare down the throat of a disapproving American public wasn't enough, apparently the Obama administration intends to arrogantly circumvent the American people yet again by recess-appointing one of the most prominent advocates of rationed healthcare to implement their national plan," Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) said in a statement.

One of the most prominent advocates of rationed healthcare? Please don't be naive about how he plans to implement the health care law. We will all pay, sooner or later, with below standard care and higher premiums. What a shame this all has become.

  • Sweet, is it realistic that in a capitalist economy we will ever completely level the playing field? We are low-income, but DH has good benefits through his low paying job. We have BC/BC, which is very good IMO. It doesn't bother me that millionaires are able to fly around the world to pursue the top care from the top doctors. I don't consider that rationing. This is nothing compared to what will come.
