2 Bumps

What do you do to stay energized all day?

Do you drink coffee?
Do you drink energy drinks?
Do you drink energy shots?
No caffeine?

What? I currently do not drink anything, I'm a SAHM to an 8month old and by the time I'm tired my SO is home and he takes over for a couple hours usually so I can have a break. But I will be working soon and going to school Full-time, working Part-Time, and then the rest of the time I will be home :)

So now I am in need of tips to stay awake, wanna give suggestions?

  • Eating healthier and exercising in the morning are great ways to boost your energy. & When Im not feeling those ideas I whip out the coffee, lol. Naps help as well. GL to you :)

  • I drink Coffee or monster...and take naps when my son takes one...which is once in a blue moon now

  • I get in the pool and stay cooled off the rest of the day and drink Expresso shots!

  • Eat well, exercise, get plenty of sleep (naps work wonders for me!), drink lots of water and coffee! But no coffee/caffine after 4pm so you can sleep through the night. Good luck :)

  • I drink a lot of water, and load up on coffee in the morning and iced tea in the afternoon. I've found that if I just keep myself busy I have more energy.
