  • My kids were all like that. They all slept 12 hours at night and would still take a 1-2 hour nap during the day. I say enjoy it.

  • I don't think it's bad. Sounds like she had a really tiring day!! Or maybe a cold or something? Her schedule might be off today, but try to get her back to normal as soon as you can.

  • My almost 12 month old is like this and I've been complaining about it! He goes to bed at around 10:30-11 p.m. he just plays, sometimes it's past 11! He doesn't really get the opportunity to sleep in during the week because I work so he goes to daycare but on the weekends, he sleeps until 9 or 10 a.m. sometimes later. They have their own agenda at this age I think and we just work around it, LOL!

  • my 13 month old is exactly the same way. she goes to sleep at 8 and wakes up around 9 and she sometimes need 2 naps still. but one 2-3 hour nap is the norm.

  • No, it's normal i n my house. DS sleeps 10-12 hours a night and usually gets 3 hours worth of napping in during the day. Last weekend he slept 14.5 hours one night!!! (Yea, I was concerned LOL) Like PP said, just enjoy it.
