  • Your progesterone should be at its highest today. It can make you feel bloaty and icky. its a good thing though. You need that high progesterone to create a soft rich uterine lining for the egg to attach to. Hang in there. Just a few more days until you can test. :)

  • The days that you had the egg white cm is when you are fertile. You have probably JUST ovulated since today you are dry. If you have had sex within the last 3 days (excluding today) you could be pregnant BUT it won't implant for about 5-6 days so the cramping is most likely not from that.

For you to be accurate on when you are ovulating, you really need to check your temp and cervical postition as average ovulation is 12-16 days before your period and where one woman will ovulate on day 12, another may not ovulate till day 16 and you won't know that unless you are checking. The tracker will not account for that, it's just an average. The day you ovulate is set is doesn't vary so if you find that you are ovulating 14 days prior, you always will.

  • Sometimes women mistake semen for egg white cervical mucus. When semen comes out (after it's been in a woman's body several hours or even days) it's all stretchy and the same color as the egg while CM. The difference is if you stretch it, the semen will break where as the true egg white CM will keep on strethching.

As for the cramping, that could be anything and everything.
