Why do people do this?

Why does someone who has been hurt and had someone really hinder their ability to trust, turn around and do the same things to someone else who has been nothing but forthcoming with them and honest, and when they were not the person that hurt them, yet they get hurt for trying to help that person?

  • Because we affect the people around us more than we realize...whether it is a good or a bad sort of has a ripple affect.

  • It feels good to someone that has been hurt to hurt others sometimes. They feel like if they transfer their hurt to someone else, it will make them feel better, and it might for a little while. But it will not stop their hurt, but create more when they realize what they have done.
