What's an everyday type phrase or word that your child gets wrong a lot?

Kyra told me this morning she was going to give me a "footicure" and I was going to give her a "handicure" and a "footicure" and a "face-i-cure" meaning pedicure, manicure, and a facial. She wanted to do my toes, and wanted me to do her fingers and toes and put makeup on her. Too cute. :-)

  • My 3 would call his preschool "school today." But he meant it "school today" like it's an actual place because I would always ask him if he had fun "at school today?" So if we would drive by on a weekend he would point and say "Look mom! It's my school today!"

  • My daughter can't tell the difference between a crocodile and alligator so she calls them all "croco-gator." Flip-flops are "plop-plops" and muffins are "muppins." That's about it...she's pretty articulate.
