Anyone that's moved away from your hometown....

Is there stuff you miss about your hometown that you wish you could have where you live or go back to???
I live in IL now, but used to live in CA....
I miss Coco's Resturaunt where I could pick up fresh strawberry pies and banana split pies....
I miss In N Out, Islands, Claim Jumpers, Northwoods Inn and BJ's!
I miss the beach and the mountains and the HOT, but DRY days....
I miss my family!!!! xoxoxox

  • BOO HOO on me i moved to Japan so i miss EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    but there is alot of cool stuff here as well and when we move back to the states i will miss so much from here .... like heated toilet seats LOL

  • I moved 10 hours from SC and I miss my parents, the warm weather, the beach being 2 hours away, and Rush's fried chicken!!

  • I'm only 2 hours away from where I grew up, however, my parents moved to FLorida, my sister is in NM, and my brother is in Chicago. I'm in NY.

    There's not much to miss now that they're gone, however, I do miss my house!

  • I grew up in CT, moved to AZ. Got homesick after 10 years and came back. Have been back for 19 years and am now homesick for AZ. Way too complicated to explain all the reasons here, lol....
