I lost weight with all of mine but since I'm already overweight it's not a real concern. I joked with my nurses about how I wish I could lose weight like that when I'm not pregnant (because I was eating more than usual but still losing).
this time I haven't really gained any of it back like the other times. I was 251 back in April when I was 6 months pregnant. I'm 38 weeks now and I'm 253lbs. I've only gained 2lbs in the last 3 months. In fact I lost a pound between week 36 and 37. That means I'm (as in me) losing weight because the baby is still gaining. US at 32 weeks said around 5lbs. US at 37 weeks said 7lbs. Yet I haven't gained any weight. My stomach keeps getting bigger, though, lol.
