  • Well your hormone levels increase and that may cause nausea, your uterus begins to grow and that may cause mild cramping, your breasts begin to feel full and sore, your nipples begin to enlarge and subsequently become sore as well. You may develop acne or your acne may clear up if you do have it. You may begin to urinate more frequently as your kidneys are working in overtime. You may feel sleepy as excess energy is being used to create all these changes. Your red blood cell production increases, and you start feeling every little change in your body as all your senses start to heighten.

Not much happens, just a little... lol

  • Your body is getting ready to hold a baby. You may have some stretching of your round ligaments which can cause soreness. Your body might also do some light spotting, but always check with your OB if you have ANY bleeding. Your body may also get an upset stomach, also known as morning sickness. • For me it was light nausea, tender breasts, and a swelling belly. In my second pregnancy I felt a lot more fluttering earlier.
