Blueberries and blue poo

Anyone ever feed their toddler blueberries and then they poop blue?????

  • Yes, it's all good & kind of funny i think. My DD will eat a whole container of blueberries if i let her. She is 8 & still poops blue when she eats them.

  • nope but once when i was a kid i ate some booberry cereal and had blue poo

  • No, he's had blueberries the last couple of mornings and no blue poo - but I did mix it with cereal. Tonight he had blueberries without the cereal, so time will tell!

  • haha...Yea. I was just talking about this the other day when someone was asking about weird things food does to your body. My LO loves blue berries and his poop is bright purple pretty often.

  • Feed 8 month old blueberries and yes, her poo was a purpley color.
