  • *I* throw my peeled boiled eggs in a bowl, chop up a ton of celery and throw that in, add some black pepper, a little minced onion if I'm in the mood, a huge squirt of dijon mustard, and a big spoonful of Miracle Whip. Then I get out my handy dandy Pampered Chef thingymabob (I call it a hamburger chopper, don't know the proper name for it) and start chopping, til it looks purdy. Slap it on some bread and nom nom nom! We LOVE our egg salad in this house - I make a batch with 2 dozen eggs and it's gone in 2-3 days!

  • I take my eggs and boil them.
When they are done and cooled, I cut them up,
I add some miracle whip, mustard, salt and pepper, sometimes bacon bits
Mix it all together let it sit in the fridge to get cold for about 2 hours.
We normally serve it on whole wheat tortilla's instead of bread, with some lettuce.

  • i dont make them because i think they are gross. but i worked in a deli for a while and i made them there. chop hard boiled eggs(about 6) a spoonful of mayo, a dash of salt pepper and paprika, a small handful of finely chopped green onions, and sometimes a small handful of shaved then chopped ham. mix well and spread on fresh baked white bread. they were our best seller.

  • I boil the eggs, then peel and separate them. I mash up the yellow and cut the white in small pieces. Add some mayo, just enough to make it creamy, mix it up, and done. Add to some bread and lunch is ready! :-)

  • you can buy an egg slicer at most dollar stores. pass the egg trough it twice turning after the first time. It cuts the eggs perfectly for salad- works for potato salad too!
