What can I do to help my 11 month old?

She is extremely constipated.

  • There are a couple things you can do that have wotked for my son

    give her a bottle of water with a table spoon of kero syrup 2-3 times a day
    get a store bought baby enima
    mix some dried prunes in with yogurt or ice cream ( i blend about 4 sunsweets in the blended with it for my son)

  • With my DD sweet potatoes always made her go. With my DS is was grapes. You could try oatmeal too-that is fiber. Or try anything else that she will eat that is higher in fiber.
