I've been getting a lot of them in this pregnancy. It's really getting annoying. I'm tired of waking up to them every other day.
And kimberlyinberea is right. You have to stretch the muscle while you're having one. It will hurt like hell at first but it's the only way to really stop them. When I was a teen I would get them and didn't know that and then the next day I'd be in so much pain I couldn't walk. My mom was the one that showed me what to do. I got one yesterday morning and I had no pain after it was over because I stretched.
The only one that gave me problems was a really bad one last month when I got tangled in my sheet and couldn't get up to stretch it out in time. I could barely walk the next morning.

Next question overall
How much did your tummy shrink when you breastfed?
