How to Make Organic Cleaners?

I am looking for a cleaner that is safe to use around children. I would like to make an organic cleaner to use on multi-surfaces. Anyone have a recipe to share?

  • Baking soda and vinegar work really well. Just mix them up and put them in a spray bottle. Safe for kids and animals.

  • I have an old spray bottle, I fill it with about 1/4 white vinegar, the rest filled with water, then just a drop or two of eco-friendly dish soap. I use this for EVERYTHING. Windows, counters, floors, bathroom, you name it. I've been doing this for years and will never buy toxic cleaners again...shoot, I won't even waste the money on eco-friendly cleaners. A giant jug of vinegar is like $1.79 and lasts forever.

  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
    3/4 cup warm water
    1 Tablespoon Baking Soda
10 drop tea tree oil (antibacterial, antifungal)
2 drops lavendar essential oil (antiseptic and smells nice)
