What did you eat today?

I had:

For breakfast 1/2 c. of fresh pineapple, some coffee with half and half
Lunch was left over shrimp cocktail and sweet tea with lemon
Red velvet pound cake for dessert
Dinner was guacamole and chips
I just had Raisin Bran and I'm still hungry...think I'm gonna have some peanuts.

  • -half a peanut butter and honey sandwich and iced jasmine green tea
    -mozzarella cheese and three cherries and water
    -pizza with artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, and roasted garlic with coffee and water
    -macaroni elbows with spaghetti sauce and steamed kale and carrots aand iced mint tea
    -a piece of the cake I made as a rehearsal for my brother's wedding next weekend
    -macaroni salad and more green tea
    -more cake lol! well, someone's gotta eat it! I don't want it to go to waste!

  • 2 hazlenut mocha lattes, made in my own kitchen, yummy

    a bowl of cereal
    tortellini with red and yellow peppers and tomatoes
    crackers and cheese

    the glass of wine i just finished, and about to have a bowl of ice cream

    milk, water, soda
    About 3-4 PBJ's through the day.

    Corn tortillas with melted cheese in them (8 of them..)

  • I didnt have breakfast :(
    Lunch I had a Caramel Frappe From McDonalds :) so good!!!!!!
    And for Dinner I had a salad with croutons chicken strips ham honey dressing mmmmm!

  • nothing for breakfast
    fishsticks and smiley french fries for lunch
    a peach
    some ice cream
    sloppy joe, frito's, watermelon, cantelope and grapes for supper

    I may have some hot bean dip with these GREAT chips that I found at Costco after the oldest goes to bed

  • Breakfast: 1 egg and 2 pieces of toast
    Snack: small bowl of tomato soup
    Lunch: tuna sandwich
    Snack: apple
    Dinner: egg and 2 pieces toast (again, since its too hot to really cook!!!!)

    Now i need to find something else...not sure what....

  • breakfast - protein shake

    lunch - cream of potato soup

    dinner - 6 chicken nuggets and a handful of fries which I felt bad about because I was going to stay liquid today because I've had some issues with my lapband this week. So far so good though.

  • 3 scrambled egg whites with a square of lowfat laughing cow cheese and a heated corn tortilla

    lots of cantaloupe all day...addicted these days

    baked spaghetti casserole ,sliced tomatoes and more cantaloupe LOL husband and teens picked corn on the cob over cantaloupe...hehe yay more for me

    they had ice cream between homemade choc chip cookies
