Do you ever buy shampoo only to get it home and use it to find out you don't like it?

What do you do with it?
I bout Silk last week and used it all week and I don't like it, I feel like tossing it!

  • I read the ingredients in the shampoo first. I've tried other shampoos in the past and they were really harsh on my hair. Some even made my hair brittle and extremely dry. Even using a conditioner with them didn't help. The right shampoo makes all the difference in your hair.

  • I have. A lot of stores will take it back. It is always worth a try. The worst they can say is no, or maybe only give you a store credit. Lots of companies also have a number you can call if they have a money back guarantee.

  • No because iv used only 1 brand almost my whole life, biolage...its the best, no chemicals all natural or bad waxes!

  • I've done that. It's still sitting in my shower. It's become the emergency back-up in case we run out before I remember to get more. Though even then, I prefer to use the baby shampoo...
