  • We use a cool mist humidifier. adn you can buy vicks vapor rub especially for babies, that works great. It has like lavender and something else in it to help relax them as well as the menthol to help open sinuses. We LOVE it. Our humidifier runs almost constantly during the winter and in summer we break it out at the first sign of a cold.

  • I use a cool mist humidifier, and a plug-in nightlight you buy strips to put in that are covered in Vicks or something similar. The combonation works pretty well when my little dude is stuffy.

  • Oh, and I forgot. put something under the head of her matress to keep her slightly inclined when she sleeps. This will help w/ the coughing.
