stomach exercises???

ok got a question, i have been doing situps and other stomach exercises for the last 3 days, and i feel fatter than ever because my stomach is swollen, which im sure is normal b.c the muscles have been worked out and now swollen, but how long does it take for my somach to stop getting bigger and start getting smaller??? any ideas? please i feel 3 motnhs preggers lol
