  • eat alot... drink a glass of milk or get ginger root from the grocery store ( they have it at Krogers...it looks like a piece of a tree root) ...and put it in a cup of hot tea...

I was sooo sick with both of mine for my whole pregnancies and these are the ONLY things that worked for me...

    good luck.

also I bought the preggie pops...and they didnt help at all !

  • Don't be hungry!! Eat often, keep saltines around at all times.
Peppermint candies or Preggie pops will help also.

  • Eat crackers before even getting out of bed.
Eat small meals all throughout the day. Never let your stomach get empty.
Drink A LOT of water. That may help with the headaches too.
    Get the motion sickness bracelets.

Nothing ever worked for me but these are some of the things I was told that worked for my friends.

    Good luck!!

  • pretzels and sprite always worked for me. Thats all I ate for 2 months, it's the only thing I could keep down and stop me from being so naseaus. I would change it up with ginger ale sometimes.

  • A midwife told me to try eating Honey Nut Cheerios instead of crackers when I felt the morning sickness. It worked for me! Any time of day.
