i know, its not pumpkin-season..but my mom's bday is tomorrow, and she's not fond of cake, but does enjoy a slice of pound cake. i'm thinking of using the bundt pan, for looks..and just a slight glazing or sprinkling of powdered sugar.
any ideas on making this cake less..box?? (i'm avoiding a grocery-run, and no, i don't have any pudding or apple sauce in the cupboards!)
