For those who quit smoking, did you use patch? Gum? Cold turkey?

  • I quit almost a year and a half ago using the lozenges..they worked well for me. I even broke them in half and made them last twice as long. Definitly good luck to you. It took me several attempts to finally be able to stick with it.

  • I quit 2 weeks and 2 days ago. I'm using the patch. And sunflower seeds help too. It's hard but I already feel sooo much better. :-)

  • Like AliceTrask, I quit using the Commit lozenges. That was a few years ago. I had quit several times before (when pregnant, for example), and I am hoping this time was the last I will ever have to. Good luck to you.
