  • I find us eating dinner late because we have been in alaska for a week and it is still daylight / sunny at 11pm ;)

  • Yeah, actually...I didn't eat dinner tonight until 10 pm. More because I was too busy though I guess...

  • Kind of. We used to eat around 6, but now we are eating around 8 because I don't want to cook when the sun is at its brightest. Plus my daughter has softball three times a week. I don't want to feed her too much before her games so she's not in the hot sun with a full stomach.

  • lol..we actually are the complete opposite..we usually eat between 5-530..but this time of year we eat at 430-445, just to get it done and over with, so we can head to the water park after supper or to the pool or something..and also because i have to ge up at 4am for work in the earlier we have supper, the longer it feels like i have to spend with my daughter

  • yes, it is so hard to eat a full meal when it's hot. i just finished cleaning the dinner mess and it's 10:15 here. plus with it being sunny longer you lose track of just how late it really is.
