I am a wellness couch promoting Herbalife for both gaining or loosing weight. There are things to consider before giving you a full answer: your weight, age and any health issues, whether you have a past history of weight related conditions or not among others.
I can share with you a general answer: a diet high in protein: lean meats, eggs, fish, a balance intake of whole grains, high intake of fruits and veggies, high protein shakes, whole milk, good fatty oils like extra virgin olive oil, avocados, eat your 3 meals, between snacks high in nutrition, take high quality vitamins, drink lots or water, no sodas. You want to gain healthy pounds... so enjoy desserts but don't over eat sweets so you can eat more protein and other good nutritional foods.
