What helps the circulation of your blood?

Like i said in my other question....i have HORRIBLE blood circulation.... at least thats what im thinking it is... random body parts fall asleep at LEAST 15 times a day.

  • Massage stimulates circulation. Try rubbing moisturiser into your skin - its not the lotion that counts but the rubbing motion - it will stimulate blood flow.

  • I dont really ear tight clothing i put lotion on alllllday long i have dry skin so its always on... and i exercise often.

  • Are you drinking enough water? You should be drinking at least 8 8oz glasses a day.

  • The more important thing with the lotion is massaging your body. The lotion helps you to massage by being a lubricant. Ehow has a great article how how to improve your circulation.

    But you could always go in for a check up and ask your doctor and make sure nothing is really wrong, if you haven't done that already. I don't know how old you are but my grandmother had very poor circulation due to COPD and smoking for 70 or so years.
