  • I don't drink coffee often anymore cause I try to avoid caffeine. but I drink decaff tea alot and I put a lil sugar and honey in it.. YUM!

  • Two. Even in good coffee. :) I'm trying to cut back, though. I like a splash of half-and-half, too.

  • I'll take 10 or so packets of splenda in my coffee, maybe 8 or so in my tea with some honey.

  • Used to put 4 spoonfuls of sugar in my coffee. I have cut back, since I'm trying to lose weight. I'm down to half and half: 2 spoonfuls of sugar mixed with 2 spoonfuls of sugar substitute. In my tea, it depends on if it's just plain, black tea or flavored, and also if it's hot or iced. I can go without sugar in iced tea (though I love sweet tea). Hot, black tea I take a couple of spoonfuls. Flavored, I take 1.
