  • Make & freeze the pancakes. I'll never store batter.

  • I'd make up the pancakes and freeze the pancakes. We did this a lot when my grandmother was alive and we were taking care of her. I would make pancakes on sunday, freeze the leftover and she would have breakfast for about a week. To eat, microwave for a min and she loved them. It was great for me because it meant easy breakfasts for that entire week that made her super happy.

  • My husband always makes more batter than he will use and just puts in the fridge and it keeps just fine.

  • Just put it in the refrigerator and cover. It will keep for several days.

  • I just make all the pancakes then freeze the leftover pancakes. Great for breakfast during the week when we're in a rush. Just microwave for 2 min .
