  • In what regard? How old are they? Do you mean when they are an adult and need money? Got to be tough then and set a limit and stick to it. Don't become an enabler for them to not work, etc.

  • She's 5 and I always tell her no the first time she asks for help if she hasn't tried to do it herself first. I always have her try it herself first, then I'll help.
    My parents were the same way.
