  • So if the mother had the child all the time and the father got the kids like twice a month she would legally be able to claim the kids? What if he tried to claim them too? Is there anyway he could get away with that?

  • If there is a divorce that is usally addressed in the divorce decree. Most of the time it will be the parent who has primary custody of the children but other times there are alternative arrangements that are made.

  • yes he could get away with it but it is your job to make sure he gets audited, plain and simple.
