I'm building a "must read" list for my blog...

  • Christopher Penczack The Temple Series (6 books); great basic info with exercises, Scott Cunningham - staples for any pagan collection, anything by William Hewitt to understand the connection between the psychic and magical intent, On Becoming an Alchimest by Catherine MacCoun - an easy to understand reference on alchemy, God Wears Lipstick by Karen Berg: a book on kabbalah for women, anything by Aliester Crowley or Doreen Valiente to learn the "history of modern witchcraft", Llewellyn's Annual Almanac for interesting articles and a calendar of "events", Magical Housekeepping by Tess Whitehurst. The Bible, The Qu'ran, The Book of Morman, Holy Blood Holy Grail, Rich Dad, Jonathon Livingston Seagull, Grimms Fairy Tales

  • What I'd recommend would be differnt if your blog readership is mostly Wiccan, or Asatruar, or Recon, or some other "flavor" of Pagan. :-) Off the top of my head, I LOVE Starhawk's Earth Path -- and I think she and I differ quite a bit in theology and practice. I'd recommend it to pretty much anyone. :-)
