Evangelist Benny Hinn has told many prophesies that did not come to pass, false prophet?

"The Lord also tells me to tell you in the mid 90's, about '94-'95, no later than that, God will destroy the homosexual community of America. [audience applauds] But He will not destroy it - with what many minds have thought Him to be, He will destroy it with fire. And many will turn and be saved, and many will rebel and be destroyed."

  • "[audience applauds] "

THIS is the most disturbing part of your post. How despicable! That people would applaud the mere MENTION of a community being "destroyed"....especially by their supposed "God". WHY would anyone want to believe in something SO horrid?!!

  • I think he's slightly off his rocker, personally.

  • He does manage to put a lot of wishful thinking into his "predictions". And he manages to be wrong 100% of the time, so, yeah big-time false prophet. I think he has had a number of end times prophecies that failed, but he just keeps trying, moving the date forward. His obession with homosexuals makes me think that he probably is one and detests himself. Like Tom Cruise, he's a few bricks short of a full load mentally.

  • i think he's a total nut and i feel sorry for the people that believe anything that comes out of his mouth

  • Well, first off I think this man is just out for himself and his pocket book!
But I would like to point out that 2000 years later many of the predictions of the Prophets in the bible, who are obviously considered legit, still haven't come to pass...So I'm not sure that's a real point of proof.
