  • If you are wanting vampire - Laurell K Hamilton's Anita Blake series is a nice grown up Vampire series. I prefer her Merry Gentry fae books though, but that's just me ;o)

  • I read the entire "Left Behind" series. It's a 12 or 13 book series about the rapture, 7 years of trial and tribulation, then the re-appearing of Christ. I thought it was great, or wouldn't have read the whole series. I enjoy series.
I also loved The Time Travlers Wife.
Night by Elie Wiesel, a Holocaust survivors story.
I guess the True Blood series is really good.

  • Charlaine harris' Sookie stackhouse series (now known as true blood) is very good, i read the entire series years before the show came out, I love the books, the show is a little different from the books, better in many ways IMO but that is probably because i was a fan before the show.
